Via Borgese 14 is an iconic address that has hosted starred and traditional restaurants with rich histories and illustrious patrons.

Since the 1930s, our location has been home to renowned restaurants such as “Alfredo – Gran San Bernardo”, frequented by such notables as Maria Callas, one of the greatest sopranos of the 20th century, and “Alfredo Since 1964”, a restaurant that became known as the “king of italian schnitzel”.

Pinkerì was born from the ashes of these famous restaurants to create a new Milanese gastronomic excellence, where tradition and innovation come together to create unforgettable culinary experiences in a refined and elegant atmosphere.

Pinkerì is, first and foremost, ‘taste’, which is why our gourmet selections are created from selected raw materials of the highest quality.

Flour

The flours we use are obtained from selected grains in which traditional milling methods are combined with modern technology. We are committed to sustainability with environmentally friendly farming and production practices and choose flour according to its seasonality.

Water

Thanks to an ionisation process, our purified, alkaline water allows us to create a softer, lighter dough, which is essential for a crispy, well-flavoured crust.

Quelle surprise d'arriver dans un restaurant tout rose et de n'y voir que des hommes aux commandes ! Une excellente cuisine, des découvertes, une déco qui sort de l'ordinaire et une bonne ambiance. Nous remercions chaleureusement notre serveur Liam qui parle un français excellent et qui nous met à l'aise. Mes enfants l'ont adoré et nous aussi.
